Zoom is free to use, the link provided will direct you download Zoom. It is available on IOS, Android, Mac and PC.
The page which contains the program has all the links to access all of the program. It will be as easy as a click of a button to access. There will also be a spread sheet with details of meeting ID’s and call in numbers. All meetings do not require a password.
